A TRwill be <br />required to have a professional Geo-Technical Analysis to prove stability of the highwall at 50 feet <br />height to avoid off-site damage. Staff must be notified within 15 days of this report which action will be <br />taken. <br />2 The lack of boundary markers is noted as a problem. <br />Corrective Action: The opetator mr~ct cuNPy in permit boundaries along the southern edg oe f the <br />permit boundaries and between Phase 2 and 3. T-posts must be installed to cleariy delineate <br />boundary lines. Please submit photo documentation to the inspector that shows clearly marked permit <br />boundaries. <br />3.
