highway 133. The two magazines were inspected and found to be in good shape and containing <br />10-15 lbs. of explosives. The company was told to put a log book in each magazine to keep track <br />of all explosives that aze removed and returned to the magazines. The AN/FO drop trailer had <br />been removed from the property. <br />It was appazent that there was some level of miscommunication between the state inspectors and <br />the operator and/or contractor employees on site. It is recommended that any safety concerns <br />experienced on the site be immediately brought to the attention of the operator, Mr. Beaz, or the <br />contractor, Mr. Witt, and handled on the spot.
