This partial inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine was conducted by DMG staff from the
Durango Office, 701 Camino del Rio, Room 125, Durango, CO 81301, phone [phone].
The permit was revoked; financial warranty was forfeited and utilized for reclamation. No
activities were observed, no individuals were contacted during this inspection. Snow cover 16
inch depth existed.
The access roads have remained to provide access to adjacent agricultural fields. No evidence
of activity at the site.
