Visit the County website to see the entire policy. <br />After the County has been contacted by the company that will apply dust suppressant, the road will <br />be graded and prepared before the application. You may observe some minimum maintenance to the <br />treated section after rain events to improve the travel conditions. From March 1"to November 1 ", if <br />the road becomes unacceptably rough anytime after its treatment, the area will be graded. The <br />County will not be responsible for reapplying dust control chemicals. <br />The treatment will not be protected from November 1" to March 1'`. During the winter months, the <br />road will be graded to return the surface to its desired shape and add gravel, if necessary.
