,,~ <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-fl9-O10 <br />INSPECTION DATE: to/2s/Ot INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: KAP <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted as part of the Division of Minerals and Geology's monitoring plan. Present at the <br />inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG, and Rob Kisner of Colorado Lien Company. Weather at the time of inspection was <br />clear, breezy, and approximately 50 degrees. <br />2. A permit sign and boundary markers were in place at the site. The operator has reclaimed the entire mining-related <br />disturbance at the Weaver Quarry property as to the specifications contained in the reclamation plan. The site consists of <br />revegetated grassland for marginal rangeland use. Well established perennial grasses are dominant at the site. The <br />vegetation is very thick throughout most of the reclaimed pit with the exception of an area along the pit bottom where <br />coverage is approximately 40%. Reclaimed slopes do not exceed the specified 2H:1 V maximum in the reclaimed area. <br />3.
