The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The pit contains various materials that have been imported from offsite sources, though 5/28/04 the present mining plan does not approve that activity. PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): AR CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must provide a Notice, pursuant to Rule 3.1.5(9), _, _, which describes all imported materials that are now onsite or are planned to be imported. This will be added to the approved plan as a technical revision. The Notice and technical revision must be received by this office by the date shown at right. 2. There is musk thistle (a state-listed noxious weed) on the site, though there is no 5/28/04 evidence that it is being treated effectively or that an adequate control plan exists. PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): RV CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must prepare and submit an adequate weed _, _, control plan, and a commitment to implement the plan properly. A qualified person should assist with preparing the plan. The plan will be made part of the permit upon approval of a technical revision.
