Documents not found on ftle at the Garfield County Coot House <br />included a certificate of insurance, a haul road certification, current NPDES records, and a <br />copy of the Renewal #3 application. A certificate of insurance has been receNed at the <br />Division. The current NPDES records were being processed for appropriate signatures. <br />Revisions considered in Renewal #3 include designation of the road as a fight-use road. As <br />wc:h, no certification is required: The Renewal # 3 application was on file at previous <br />inspectioru. <br />~jpns and Markers: There were no identrftoation signs up at the County Road 237 cxossing of <br />the permit boundary. The applicant advised the Division that the sigrss had been placed. <br />This aerial inspection report !s prepared by Byron G. Walker from two aerial photographs (63- <br />0401 ~1-1 and 2 on file aF the Division) taken by Mr. Harty Ranney of the Divbion. and a <br />verbal debriefing of Mr. Ranney. <br />Hydrologic Balance: There is no water in the sedimentation pond or any of the dtches. <br />The sedimentation pond appears to be in good shape. <br />~Qg~(~; The topsoil storage pile appears to be in good shape and well protected. <br />Reveaetation: There is no ores of deficient vegetation noted in the photographs. <br />Air Renounce Protection: The area is vegetated There is no indication of fugitive dust.
