<br />Below are comments on the inspection. The cornmenh indude discussion of observations <br />made doing the inspection. Comments oho describe any enforcement actions taken <br />during the inspection and the facts a evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Suooort Facilities: OnsNe support facilities include the roads, bridges and ponds. See $gg~ <br />above. The photographs are not of sufficient detail to evaluate bridges. Pond embankments <br />are snow covered, but appea to be ok. <br />General Mine Plan Comol'iance: Operations apporont at the site are in compliance with the <br />reclamation plan. <br />Reveaetation: Revegetated drsh~rbed areas are snow covered. No evaluation of <br />rovegetatwn b made from the photographs. <br />AF Resource Protection: The area is covered wish snow. Thera is no source of fugitive dust a <br />other activity at the site that would contribute to air polution. <br />Slides and Damaae: Settlement of bacldill and loss of riprap cover in the channel of North <br />Thompson Leek were noted during previous ir>:pections. These items ore not evaluated in <br />ihb Inspection to the cover of snow and the small scale of the photographs. <br />Subsidence: Thera is no indication of subsidence at Portal 1. The photographs do not cover <br />Portal 3 a the extended mine seas at either portal. <br />See Slides and Damaae above. See carry-over items of interest above. <br />TR-21 in pn~cess modifies the reclamation plan.
