Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during
the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action.
REVEGETATION/RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The "old" revegetation on the refuse pile is in good
condition. The strip that was reseeded early last spring also appears to have grown nicely
over the past summer. The portion of the refuse pile that was just covered and reseeded is
growing nicely. The vegetation at the loadout appears to be in good condition (it looks like
that of the surrounding areas).
Miscellaneous:
- The wash plant has been demolished and most of the equipment from inside the wash
plant has been removed from the site. The operator was in the process of removing the
concrete pad at the time of the inspection.
- About half of the conveyor system and both stacking tubes have been removed.
- The operator has piled some demolition debris from the wash plant in the bone-yard area
by pond 2.
- The operator has started work on the permanent Magpie Creek Diversion.
IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
