OBSERVATIONS OF IhIPORTANCE:
1. The berm between the river and the first pond is now approximately 100 ft.
wide.
2. There is much new erosion just downstream from the riprapped bank,
3. New topsoil stockpiles for present mining were quite evident. These
should be seeded for stabilization.
4. Old topsoil stockpiles were still not obvious. If the road along the ditch
was once a topsoil stockpile, then that topsoil has been badly damaged.
