There is much new erosion just downstream from the riprapped bank, <br />3. New topsoil stockpiles for present mining were quite evident. These <br />should be seeded for stabilization. <br />4. Old topsoil stockpiles were still not obvious. If the road along the ditch <br />was once a topsoil stockpile, then that topsoil has been badly damaged. <br />5.
