Pu rs uant to Rul a 3.03.3(1} the <br /> Division is proposing to terminate its jurisddidion <br /> overthis entire coal mining operation.The surface <br /> operation is operated by Seneca Property LLC <br /> under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal <br /> Mlning Reclamation Act of 1979-The bond release <br /> applicatlon was submitted by Seneca Property <br /> LLLC on October 9,2024.The SL-9 appl lcati on <br /> Included Seneca Propperty LLC's request for 8.5 <br /> acres of Phase J.17.04 acres of Phase ll,and <br /> 215.25 acres of Phass II I bond release at the <br /> Yeast Mine.
