The locations of <br /> the reclaimed drill pads and access roads are shown in FIGURE 2 and the <br /> associated reclaimed acreage is detailed in FIGURE 3. RGS is requesting partial <br /> release of bond for the completed reclamation that has been approved for bond <br /> release detailed in the August 31, 2022, Annual Inspection Report. <br /> RGS would like to keep the bond associated with the two proposed drill sites <br /> MRC-1 and MRC-2 for future core drilling activities. <br /> Any bond reduction and remaining bond would be included in the Statewide <br /> Prospecting Bond (Safeco corporate surety) No. 6575235. <br />
