Your Notice of Temporary Cessation is considered <br />complete and filed. <br /> <br />The Notice of Temporary Cessation will be acknowledged in the monthly activity report <br />attached to the agenda for the March 18-19, 2026, meeting of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board unless a written, timely objection is filed by a person directly and <br />adversely affected or aggrieved as defined by Rule 1.1(38) of the Construction Materials <br />Rules. <br /> <br />If objections are received by Monday March 16, 2026, the Division will place the Notice <br />of Temporary Cessation on the regular agenda for the April 15-16, 2026, meeting of the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board.
