The application was deemed complete on February 2, <br />2026. <br /> <br />TR-124 will modify the reclamation plan to leave the coal prep plant pad in its current configuration <br />and revise a portion of the haul road from the prep plant to the gob piles. Material generated from the <br />haul road realignment will be used as coverfill to reclaim Gob Pile #2, The applicant is not proposing <br />additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 2 3rd Street, Paonia, CO 81428 and at the <br />Division’s Denver office.
