Comment/Objection Narrative*
I have been aware of these applications from the beginning.What gives me pause is that they have had to
reapply 4 times.This tells me they haven't done due diligence early enough or deep enough for this project. I
actually went to one of their gatherings in Lake County and talked to the owners. I am concerned about the fact
they don't really have a water source,a waste management plan.Or the harm it could do bleaching into the
aquifer and or the Arkansas River. I've been here 50 years and experienced fish kills on the river.Who does this
really benefit?Probably not Lake County of the surrounding community but the owners of the mill. I do not live
in Lake County but downstream I want the science to be right before this project is approved.
