Yeldell <br /> <br />RE: Colony Shale Oil Project - File No. M-1980-047, QB Energy Operating, LLC <br /> Surety Reduction Request (SR-2) <br /> Surety Reduction Request <br /> <br />Please be advised that on January 21, 2026, QB Energy Operating, LLC, whose address and telephone <br />number are 1001 17th Street, Suite 1600, Denver, CO 80202; (970) 852-9819, filed an application for a/an <br />Surety Reduction Request (SR- 2) to M1980047, Colony Shale Oil Project, which is located approximately <br />13 miles Northeast of Parachute, Section 6, Township 7S, Range 95W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Garfield <br />County. <br /> <br />Surety Reduction Request Application for the Colony Shale Oil Project (Permit No. M-1980-047) in <br />Garfield County, Colorado. This request is based on the updated findings and cost estimates contained in <br />Technical Revision Number 18, Updated Reclamation Plan, which was approved by DRMS on January 12, <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Amy C.
