Box 181 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Blue Jet Mine - File No. M-1978-135-HR <br /> Blue Jet Mining Inc <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final release <br /> <br />Dear Orvie Zimmerman: <br /> <br />On January 21, 2026 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Surety Release Request application submitted to the Division on December 7, 2025, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />Full / Final Release <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: Approve. <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has determined that <br />Blue Jet Mining Inc is eligible for release from further responsibility for the Blue Jet Mine. In <br />accordance with Rule 4.17.2(5), the Division is required to wait thirty (30) days from this notice to <br />allow for appeal of the Division’s decision.
