The separation <br /> includes all of the assets and legal entities operating in the US and Canada and was effective as of June 23, <br /> 2025. The new North American business is branded as "Amrize". <br /> In connection with the Spinoff,changes to certain legal entity names will take place. This letter is to inform you <br /> of the corporate name change to Amrize West Central Inc. <br /> As part of this acquisition, Holcim is preparing the DRMS Succession of Operators Application to transfer <br /> Permit No. M-1997-014 from Holcim — WCR, Inc. to Amrize West Central Inc.
