Shults: <br /> <br />On January 6, 2026 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on December 18, 2025, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />L.G. Everist, Inc. is submitting this Technical Revision request to submit the Groundwater Quality <br />Monitoring - Baseline Report for Fort Lupton Sand & Gravel, DRMS Permit M-1999-120 (AM-3, <br />approved 09/10/25). <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. Approved requests to omit listed parameters from <br />future GW monitoring based on rationale and reduce the testing frequency to 2 times per year. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 10 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-1999-120.
