The topsoil pile contains excess topsoil for the mine site. The stockpile was observed to be stable <br />with vegetative cover (Photos 7, 8 and 9). There were no erosional features identified. No loss of topsoil <br />resources was observed. The Progresso Topsoil Stockpile 1 has been approved to remain as a permanent post- <br />mining feature and can be used for repairs of the reclamation if necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: None <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): None <br /> <br />
