Box 191 <br />Victor, CO 80860 <br /> <br />Re: Technical Revision TR152 Approval <br /> Cresson Project, Permit No. M-1980-244 <br /> <br />Dear Bjorn Meyer: <br /> <br />On December 30, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved Technical <br />Revision TR152 submitted to the Division on October 9, 2025, addressing the following: <br /> <br />Carlton Tunnel Filtration Pilot Testing System <br /> <br />The terms of TR152 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980-244. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The Division has reviewed the change associated with TR152 for impacts to the financial warranty and <br />determined that this change requires an additional $49,336.00 increase to the current reclamation <br />liability.
