Dept. of Public Health & Environment <br />Water Quality Control Division <br />4300 Cherry Creek Drive South <br />Denver, CO 80246-1530 <br /> <br />RE: Sasaki Pit, File No. M-2025-063 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on December 30, 2025, 8 1/2 Enterprises LLC, whose address and telephone number are P.O. <br />Box 2456, Parker, CO 80134; (970) 531-3553, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation <br />operation, at or near Section 18, Township 1N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. Please be <br />advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be <br />reclaimed to support a(n) Cropland post-mining land use.
