Enclosed is the Division's decision form and written findings. The proposed decision <br />will be published in the Colorado Mountain News Media -Steamboat Pilot, as soon as possible. <br />The first day following publication of the notice initiates a thirty-day public comment period. If <br />there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing within the thirty days, the decision will become <br />final. <br /> <br />The Division proposes to approve the SL-9 bond release application for final Phase I, II and III <br />bond release. This decision constitutes a full release of reclamation liability for the Yoast Mine. <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.03.3(1), the Division is proposing to terminate its jurisdiction over this entire <br />coal mining operation. <br /> <br />As provided by Rule 3.03.2(6), should you object to the Division's proposed decision, you may <br />request an adjudicatory hearing. <br /> <br />If you have questions or are in need of additional information, please contact me. <br />
