All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the <br />Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />Allowing the ag pasture reclamation to have an alternative post-mining land use of industrial/ <br />commercial to allow for land sales and development. Reducing the permit boundary to contain just <br />the remaining 6.8 acres. Retiring the hydrological monitoring program due to no sites remaining in <br />area. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently <br />approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The loadout coal mining operation is on land located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, <br />Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of: E1/2 Sec. 10, W1/2,SE1/4, and SW1/4 Sec. 14, E1/2E1/2 Sec. 15, NE1/4 Sec. 22, <br />N1/2NW1/4 Sec. 23, S1/2N1/2, and NW1/4 Sec. 24, Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th <br />P.M. Portions of: SW1/4, SE1/4, and NE1/4 Sec.17, SE1/4 Sec. 18, N1/2 Sec. 19, Township 6 <br />North, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Mount Harris. <br />
