exhibit C
Mining and Excavation Plan
Photograph each site before moving ground for documentation
The mining and excavation plan would be done
by hand tools. The excavation sites are
predominately from 4 to 10 ft. across. Not much
soil or rock will be removed so most of the
material will stay. The Top soil would be saved to
put back on top once finished, The top soil depth
changes dramatically according to the test holes
dug. It would be moving the hard rock on top and
using it to build or make plant habitat in one way
or another then digging down one side to remove
the mineral specimins inside. Much like the
center of an egg. Putting material back in place to
make sure that the proper slope is kept. Then
putting the top soil back on top with thin Layer or
coating of rocks to build habitat for seedlings and
plants it also helps hold the top soil in place
helping with erosion .
Photograph each site after reclamation for documentation
