So perhaps you are
no longer in need of our Environmental Assessment.
Because this Project is located on Public Lands managed by the Forest Service, an Environmental
Assessment was required prior to Forest Service approval. That assessment satisfied requirements of
the Endangered Species Act, as well as all other laws protecting surface resources on National Forest
System lands. More details including the Environmental Assessment for the RAMS Mine Plan of
Operation can be found on the Project Website (link following).
https://www.fs.usda.gov/r02/psicc/projects/63322
Thanks and please reach out with further questions.
-Cullen
Cullen LaPointe, M.S.
Geologist
Forest Service
Pike-San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands
p: 719-836-2031 x3871
c: 719-412-1322
cullen.lapointe@usda.gov
320 US Hwy 285
Fairplay, CO 80440
This electronic message contains information generated by the USDA solely for the intended recipients.
