RECLAMATION PLAN MAP <br /> Rule 6.4.6 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations requires the Applicant provide a map of the <br /> proposed affected lands showing sequential phasing. As this permit envisions reclamation <br /> being completed with the completion and certification of the disposal cell liner system, the <br /> attached Figure F-1 presents each reclaimed mined area as the top surface of the solid waste <br /> cell liner system. <br /> As shown in Figure F-1, the reclamation of Area 2 will include regrading of the surface to <br /> promote positive drainage,and reseeding with native plants. Reclamation will be performed <br /> using procedures set forth in the Douglas County Grading,Erosion and Sediment Control Plan <br /> (GESC Plan) for the facility. ,The Douglas County GCS Plan standard notes and details sheet, <br /> addressing seeding has mulching is included in this plan as Figure F-2.
