Chloride, sulfate, total recoverable trivalent chromium, total recoverable
molybdenum, and dissolved uranium were identified in the water sample above laboratory
detection limits but within allowable limits. The remaining constituents were not identified above
laboratory detection limits. See Table 1 for a summary of analytical results.

Analytical results are compliant with all relevant CDPHE surface water standards; therefore, a
discharge of pollutants is not occurring and a discharge permit should not be required. No further
investigation or permitting appears to be required at this time. Please see the attached Location
Figure, Analytical Data Summary (Table 1), Field Data Summary (Table 2), photographic log,
and laboratory analytical reports for additional details.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at (970) 270-2986 should you have any questions or
concerns regarding this information.

Sincerely,

Entrada Consulting Group

Sage Maher Tim Dobransky
Senior Project Geologist Principal Scientist

Attachments:
Figure 1: Sample Map
Table 1: Laboratory Analytical Summary
Table 2: Field Data Summary
Photographic Log
Laboratory Analytical Report
