Usage of surface road way for dock access. <br />PMLU change to residential 0.69 ac on North Side of pit 1. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. Revise the Reclaamtion Plan and Map. Addition <br />of a dock and a ramp on the south end of Pit #1. Usage of surface road way for dock access. TR-3 <br />allowed for building pad to be constructed. Landowner proceeded with home construction. PMLU <br />change to residential for 0.69 ac on north side of pit 1 where homesite was affected. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 7 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2009-048.
