<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 112d-1 Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: December 8, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: Patrice Mosher <br />Board of Supervisors - Soil Conservation Dist <br />Shavano Conservation District <br />102 Par Pl, Ste 4 <br />Montrose, CO 81401 <br /> <br />RE: JD-8 Mine, File No. M-2025-056 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on December 8, 2025, Highbury Resources Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />10808 S River Front Parkway, Suite 321, South Jordan, UT 84095; (480) 577-5039, filed an application to conduct <br />a(n) Underground mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 20, Township 46N, Range 17E, 10th Principle <br />Meridian, in Montrose County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use. The <br />application decision date is scheduled for March 8, 2026. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Montrose County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed using this link: Link to Imaged <br />Documents by searching M2025056 in the “Permit No” field.
