Grand Ave, Ste 250 <br />Montrose, CO 81401 <br /> <br />RE: JD-8 Mine, File No. M-2025-056 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on December 8, 2025, Highbury Resources Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />10808 S River Front Parkway, Suite 321, South Jordan, UT 84095; (480) 577-5039, filed an application to conduct <br />a(n) Underground mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 20, Township 46N, Range 17E, 10th Principle <br />Meridian, in Montrose County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use.
