<br />This letter is to notify you, as required by Rule 2.07.4(3)(g) of the Rules and Regulations of the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules), that the Division of
<br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety finalized its proposed decision to approve Permit Revision
<br />Application No. 5 for the Colowyo Coal Mine on December 6, 2025. The operation is located in
<br />Moffat, Rio Blanco County, and further described as follows:
