(3) The area subject to reclamation activities includes the following parcel numbers recorded <br /> in Clear Creek County: 183525200645, 183525200648, 183525200632, and <br /> 183525200638. These parcels are within an area previously impacted by historical <br /> mining activity dating back to the early 20th century. The site is bordered on the south <br /> and east by existing access roads, and on the north and west by natural hillside terrain <br /> that is typical of the steep mountainous landscape in the region. <br /> This legal description and associated mapping delineate the full extent of the proposed <br /> disturbance and reclamation area, including the footprint of the waste rock pile and the <br /> adjacent affected land. The remediation area is further depicted in Exhibit E, which <br /> includes a USGS topographic map and Image 2, Clear Creek County parcel overlay <br /> highlighting the operational boundary and access points. <br /> a.
