Girardi <br /> <br />RE: Hunt Irrigation Pond - File No. M-2022-050, J-2 Contracting Company <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final Release Request <br /> <br />Please be advised that on November 17, 2025, J-2 Contracting Company, whose address and telephone <br />number are 105 Coronado Ct., Unit A-101, Fort Collins, Co 80525; (970) 219-3916, filed an application for <br />a/an Surety Release Request (SL- 1) to M2022050, Hunt Irrigation Pond, which is located approximately <br />1.5 miles Southwest of Gilcrest, Section 29, Township 4N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld <br />County. <br /> <br />The Operator is requesting final release of the permit. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Chris M. Girardi at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 793-3041. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
