Gibson <br /> <br />RE: Sheep Mountain Ranch - File No. M-2017-022, Huerfano County Water Conservancy District <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final Release Request <br /> <br />Please be advised that on November 18, 2025, Huerfano County Water Conservancy District, whose address <br />and telephone number are PO Box 442, La Veta, CO 81055; (719) 742-5581, filed an application for a/an <br />Surety Release Request (SL- 1) to M2017022, Sheep Mountain Ranch, which is located approximately 2 <br />miles East of Gardner, Section 22, Township 26S, Range 70W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Huerfano <br />County. <br /> <br />The Huerfano County Water Conservancy District, via Applegate Group, has requested a full and final <br />release of permit no. M-2017-022. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Amber M. Gibson at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 836-0967. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
