Girardi <br /> <br />RE: Baseline Resource - File No. M-1997-058, Hall-Irwin Aggregates, LLC <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-4) <br /> Request for Acreage Reduction <br /> <br />Please be advised that on November 10, 2025, Hall-Irwin Aggregates, LLC, whose address and telephone <br />number are 5586 W 19th Street Suite 2000, Greeley, CO 80634; (970) 539-1336, filed an application for <br />a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 4) to M1997058, Baseline Resource, which is located approximately 2 <br />miles Northwest of Brighton, Section 36, Township 1N, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld <br />County. <br /> <br />The Operator has requested an acreage reduction of 171.796 acres from the permit area. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Chris M. Girardi at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 793-3041. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
