<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on November 14, 2025, a minor revision application (MR-213) <br />to the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 1488, <br />Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This minor revision application <br />updates the legend of Map-01 and updates contours on other maps to illustrate the removal of the coverfill <br />pile northeast of Pond F. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area <br />currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
