Girardi <br /> <br />RE: Konig Borrow Pit - File No. M-2010-055, Konig Ag Co. <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Request for Full/Final Release <br /> <br />Please be advised that on November 10, 2025, Konig Ag Co., whose address and telephone number are <br />37231 Hwy. 14, Briggsdale, CO 80611; (970) 656-3664, filed an application for a/an Surety Release <br />Request (SL- 1) to M2010055, Konig Borrow Pit, which is located approximately 3.5 miles Southwest of <br />Grover, Section 11, Township 10N, Range 62W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />The Operator has requested a release of the entire permit area. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Chris M. Girardi at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 793-3041. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
