Bowles <br /> <br />RE: Pioneer Farm - File No. M-2000-080, Holcim - WCR, Inc. <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Request for Full/Final Relase <br /> <br />Please be advised that on November 4, 2025, Holcim - WCR, Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />1687 Cole Blvd Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401; (816) 215-3833, filed an application for a/an Surety Release <br />Request (SL- 1) to M2000080, Pioneer Farm, which is located approximately 8.6 miles Southeast of <br />Watkins, Section 34, Township 4S, Range 64W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Arapahoe County. <br /> <br />Holcim – WCR, Inc. is requesting a full release of 310.00 acres and financial warranty release for the <br />Pioneer Farm M-2000-080 in accordance with Rule 4.17 of Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Brock F. Bowles at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 774-0040. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
