Superior Oilfield Services built the road and is responsible <br /> for the maintenance of the road, by agreement with Weld County <br /> and the property owner. The road is to remain in place post mining. <br /> 4 Existing Vegetation: <br /> The existing vegetation is Dry Land Farming and will either be <br /> planted in corn or wheat. Referenced on Exhibit C, page 2. <br /> Exhibit D: Mining Plan <br /> 5 Setback and Slope Maintenance: <br /> We assumed since we were going to expand to the east by an <br /> amendment to the permit that we did not have to have the east <br /> bank sloped. That will be corrected in the future and the slopes <br /> will remain until the current permit is amended.The mining plan <br /> has been updated and is enclosed. <br /> 6 Overburden Description: <br /> The mining plan has been updated and is enclosed. <br /> 7 Roads and Drainage: <br /> The mining plan has been updated and is enclosed. <br />
