Form 2 submittal: Inadvertently the Form 2 and associated tables were not included in <br /> the NOI application package for the Rigel; Uranus N, S,C: Bobtail, Hummer sites. Please <br /> find attached the completed Form 2 Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br /> Operations for Hard Rock/Metal Mines and associated tables. <br /> 2. Confidentiality: It is the intent that AURA GRIT LLC keeps its identity confidential. It is <br /> our intent to file Final Reports as per Rule 5.7 on each site after field work is complete, <br /> accompanied by a Mineral Prospecting Drill Hole Permanent Abandonment Final <br /> Report Form for each site. AURA GRIT LLC will also file a Prospector Application for <br /> Release of Warranties report as per Rule 4.16.1 for each site. It is the intent of AURA <br /> GRIT LLC to provide the State with the proper reports such that submittal of quarterly <br /> report will not be necessary.
