Box 1056, Meeker, CO 81641; (970) 629-0583, filed an application for a/an Surety Reduction Request <br />(SR- 2) to M1981275, Stout - Amick Pit, which is located approximately 5 miles Northeast of Meeker, <br />Section 31, Township 1N, Range 93W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. <br /> <br />I would like to reduce my bond amount to the minimum Financial Warranty in the amount of $500 as <br />mining has not yet commenced at this site. I will notify the Division 60 days prior to the commencement <br />of mining. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Amy C.
