Watson: <br /> <br />On October 29, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Surety Reduction Request application for the Stout - Amick Pit, which is <br />located in Rio Blanco County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the <br />following additional information must be received before the Division can consider your application <br />complete and technical review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as <br />of October 31, 2025. <br /> <br />SR-2 was submitted electronically without any attachements. Per Rule 4.17.1 (2) –Provide the names, <br />addresses and phone numbers for all owners of record of the affected land. <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from October 31, 2025 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs <br />for the application to be considered filed.
