Watson: <br /> <br />On October 31, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on October 29, 2025, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />I would like to reduce my bond amount to the minimum Financial Warranty in the amount of $500 as <br />mining has not yet commenced at this site. I will notify the Division 60 days prior to the <br />commencement of mining <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. Accept operators request to reduce bond to $500. <br />Will recalcualte and increase prior to commencement of mining. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1981-275. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1981-275 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />The revised liability amount exceeds the financial warranty currently held (see below), please submit <br />additional bond or a rider to your existing bond that equals or exceeds the Revised Liability.
