Everist, Incorporated, whose address and telephone <br />number are 7321 E 88th Ave Suite 200, Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 286-2247, filed an application for <br />a/an Surety Reduction Request (SR- 1) to M2020007, Ragsdale Reservoirs, which is located approximately <br />3.5 miles North of Ft. Lupton, CO, Section 18, Township 2N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld <br />County. <br /> <br />L.G. Everist, Inc. is requesting a Surety Reduction for significant completion of reclamation requirements in <br />Phase 1 of Ragsdale Reservoirs, DRMS Permit # M-2020-007. L.G. Everist, Inc. wants to reduce bond over <br />Phase 1, but keep the total bond the same. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Ursula E. Armstrong at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 793-3031. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
