5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, <br /> trenches,waste piles, drill pads and collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc. <br /> Approximately 1 mile of existing road is to be upgraded for access by drill rig, water truck, <br /> and support. An existing road exists from Montrose County Road EE22RD to the <br /> proposed Drill Sites. <br /> All work will be on previously constructed roads and/or previously disturbed drill sites. <br /> See Attached Photos <br /> 6.
