<br /> <br />London Mountain Clean Up <br />July 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit I Soils Information <br />No published soil mapping exists for Mosquito Gulch. Topsoil is expected to be found under and <br />adjacent to waste piles that are excavated as part of clean up. Topsoil will be salvaged to the fullest <br />depth encountered, unless it is determined to be contaminated by historic waste pile potentially acid- <br />forming material. Topsoil handling is addressed in Exhibit D of this permit. Mining and reclamation <br />plans for the London Mine 110D can be found in Appendix 1 and remain unchanged by the London <br />Mountain Clean Up 112D.
