Including the totality of MineWater controlled land allows for the cleanup of any <br />pre-law waste pile identified in the future without necessitating permit expansion. <br />The London Mine 110D and the London Borrow Pit are both contained within the affected area of the <br />London Mountain Clean Up. The London Mine 110D is incorporated into this permit via conversion. The <br />London Borrow Pit is a 110C permit and is kept separate from this conversion due to its distinctly <br />different operating and reclamation parameters. <br />
