The weekly construction progress reports are presented in <br />Appendix E. The timeline of activities documented in the reports is listed below: <br /> Week ending May 16, 2025, to Week ending July 26, 2025 – SLF placement <br /> Week ending June 6, 2025, to July 11, 2025 – Structural Fill placement <br /> Week ending June 13, 2025, to July 26, 2025 – Geomembrane deployment <br /> Week ending July 11, 2025, to September 5, 2025 – DCF placement <br /> <br />Photographs of key construction elements captured by the CQA monitor throughout the project <br />are presented in Appendix F. All testing and inspections were performed in accordance with the <br />Technical Specifications presented in Appendix C. <br />3.1. Testing Standards <br />The CQA Monitor completed the earthwork laboratory testing at the on-site soils laboratory to <br />verify that all earthwork construction materials met the project Technical Specifications. <br />Geomembrane samples were sent to a third-party laboratory to verify that the material <br />properties met the project Technical Specifications. Testing was performed in accordance with <br />these American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. <br />3.1.1.
