The Operator is submitting an Amendment Application to the permit to include a remediation plan for the disposal of non-inert material backfilled within the affected area,a plan for documenting and reporting the progress for the removal of non-inert backfilled material,a groundwater monitoring plan,a plan to address the importation of topsoil for reclamation,and changing of the post-mine land use.
